Vanessa Driscoll Bialobreski

I grew up in Columbia and spent time working in hospitality, events and traveling in other cities after high school while finishing my degree at USC. My family has a long history in the hospitality industry as well as coming here from France. French food culture is all about family, friends, and socializing. Food is a way for French people to come together and spend time with loved ones. Food is enjoyed and savored; it's not rushed like some countries. Growing up with french influences gave me the value of sharing fresh, delicious food over a large table with lots of people and chaos. My love for the outdoors and tradition created the desire to combine all these things with our community over local food. I love designing events to involve our city, chefs, farmers and community in the traditions and culture I grew up with.
